Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 of 1970) is an American actress best recognized for her role as the role of detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter respectively on NBC's Providence drama and The Resident's medicine drama The Resident. Additionally, she earned praise for her debut television role as a character on Guiding Light on CBS as Eleni Cooper. Her most notable movies comprise 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Snitch. She is reportedly developing a movie adaptation of Elisabeth KublerRoss's autobiography The Wheel of Life with Vlas as well as Charley Parlapanides. They were the duo who wrote the script for Immortals. The upcoming television series Gods & Heroes is currently being developed.
