Dwayne is the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that he established in 2007. The church is also part of the Acts 29 Network, where he is the Director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne, in addition to being a pastor, is also enthusiastic about educating the younger generation. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online articles as well as a contributing author in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Change lives through God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman & Viars).
